Back by popular demand, we're bringing back the Fremont Restaurant Week Passport to encourage people to visit new restaurants, collect stickers, and enter our prize drawing made possible by Fremont Bank, DoorDash, and the Fremont Chamber of Commerce.
You can get a Passport from any of the participating restaurants or pick one up at 3300 Capitol Ave, Fremont, CA 94538, Building A.

Instructions
- Visit participating restaurants during Fremont Restaurant Week, March 6 - 15, collect stickers, and submit your passport to be eligible for the drawing featuring $5,000 in prizes!
- Ask each restaurant to give you a sticker for your passport at the end of your visit.
- Each sticker = one entry (limited to one sticker per restaurant). Visit more restaurants to increase your chances of winning!
- Write your Name and Email on the inside of the Passport.
- Submit a photo of your Passport with at least one sticker using the form on this page. Submissions must be received no later than Friday, April 17.
- Winners will be notified via email by April 30.
